Working together to improve Quality Inspections
Medical staff at Weston General Hospital are switching to Perfect Ward to do their quality audits as the ‘tired and cumbersome’ paper-based system is dropped.
The Trust is working with Perfect Ward to implement our easy-to-use solution to simplify ward assessments across the NHS Trust.
Nurses using Perfect Ward, are empowered to conduct ward quality inspections on their smartphones, saving on average 57% of time. Furthermore, the data captured can be shared instantly with colleagues to provide feedback and share best practice.

As a forward-thinking Trust, we are always looking for ways to improve the efficiency of our operations. We’re incredibly excited to be adopting Perfect Ward as we move away from paper in-line with Department of Health objectives.
Our nurses were struggling with high levels of administration which can sometimes make it more difficult to immediately see what is working well and what needs to improve.
