Rose McNeill, Head of Strategy at Perfect Ward says

We are delighted to have achieved ISO 27001 certification. The independently awarded standard signifies our dedication to enhancing our security posture. We work alongside the healthcare sector to empower staff to own and transform quality through our app. It’s vital we support our customers to maintain public trust and improve patient experiences, and being able to show we are ISO 27001 certified will give customers greater confidence in the Perfect Ward solution. It will also help us reach new customers that value the internationally recognised standard.

Perfect Ward worked in partnership with Conosco, a leading IT and Telecoms provider, to implement the initial framework and governance of the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System. Conosco planned and performed internal audits, and helped Perfect Ward to remediate security vulnerabilities and facilitated policy writing and employee training prior to the external audit.

To further their security efforts Perfect Ward have elicited Conosco’s support in becoming Cyber Essentials Plus certified. This advanced certification will help us go one step further in demonstrating excellent cyber security hygiene.
