A Unique Commercial Role

We are looking for a hybrid account manager and a new business development manager. We have ambitious growth plans, so we need someone who is driven to achieving these aims whilst keeping our customer needs at the heart of what we do. Our ethics are a key part of our values, and we aim to create long-term and sustainable value for our customers.

Our Ideal Candidate

We want to speak to commercial professionals who ideally have experience in health and social care. That said, we relish diverse opinion and debate. Hence, we are happy to consider candidates from other sectors and backgrounds if you can convince us of your ability to grow and bring in new accounts in a complex stakeholder environment whilst keeping customer needs at the heart of every interaction. The role will report to the Head of Sales UK, but our structure is relatively flat, and collaboration across the business is key to the success of the role.

Our Wish List

  • 3-4 years’+ experience selling software ideally into Health & Social Care (our similar complex stakeholder environments)
  • High energy and driven by a desire to make a tangible positive impact with customers, partner organisations, and colleagues
  • Excellent communication skills, with good experience of explaining complex concepts to unfamiliar audiences
  • An ability to generate new opportunities to grow the customer community in line with our strategy
  • As part of the sales team, you will create value for the business
